Kazan Tarhana
Kazan Tarhana (Tarhana with Milk, Tarhana with Nohut), common in Anatolia, tarhana soup is made using different ingredients in the plain and mountain regions of Bursa. Tarhana soup, which has an important place in traditional Bursa cuisine, is consumed at every meal, especially at breakfast. The spices that are added are the subject of tarhana and thet are called "tarhana odor" , they are widely used especially in the summer months when tarhana is made.
