Keldoş

It is prepared by cooking the hand-rolled phyllo in a traditional oven over coal fire, cutting the top, removing the local yoghurt "Kurut", diluting it with garlic and pouring it over the Keldoş. Finally, hot butter is poured on it. It is also an ideal option for vegetarians.
