Kelecoş
Kelecoş dish, which is loved and eaten in Ardahan and Elazığ, is also known as Keledoş or Keleçaşı in other regions. The dish, which is made by pouring roasted cubed meat on phyllo dough that is hand-rolled and fried in a pan, is ready to be served by pouring butter on it. The dish, which usually takes its place on the tables at dinner, can also be eaten alone because it is satisfying.
