Kesme Soup

Adding a little salt and a little black pepper to the minced meat, kneaded and rolled into hazelnut-sized meatballs, placed on a flour-sprinkled tray and rolled in flour to prevent sticking. Take the yoghurt in a larger bowl and whisk the egg into it, add it to the cooked cut and mix it until it boils.
