Kesme Soup
Cutting vaccine soup, which is among the first among Kırşehir regional soups, is made from dough that is opened and cut into small pieces and dried at home. Although it is difficult to prepare the dough, the dough that is not cut and dried in one go takes its place in soups and meals throughout the year. One of the indispensable ingredients of cut vaccine soup is green lentils. The soup, which comes out with the vitamins of the green lentils and the content of the dough, is at least as filling as a main dish despite the soup preservation.
