Kete (Van)
Kete is a type of sweet bread consumed in the Eastern Anatolia Region, Eastern Black Sea Region and Southern Caucasus. It varies depending on the region where it is made. In Turkey, it is made primarily in the provinces of Gümüşhane, Bayburt, Erzincan, Artvin, Ardahan, Kars and Van. Van kete is a type of kete made in Van. It is also called Van Kadêsi.
