Kırçikli Kelem Stuffing
Fatty ground beef is kneaded with bulgur. It is wrapped in boiled cabbage leaves. A row of stuffed peppers and a mixture of tomatoes and peppers are placed in the pot and set on fire. After it is cooked, pepper oil is poured on it and served.
