Kula Casserole
Lamb meat is washed well and boiled in earthen casserole or in any bowl. The meat is taken out and the water is filtered. The boiled meat is laid in an earthenware casserole. Two slices of large tomatoes and one or two peppers are placed on it. Half a tablespoon of butter is added. The meat is put in enough of its own juice and given to the oven. After the meat turns pink, it is taken out of the oven and served.
