Küncülü Halvah
Hatay, which stands out with its rich cuisine and delicious dishes, makes a name for itself with its kunculu halva, which is made only during Ramadan, as well as local desserts such as künefe and pumpkin dessert. Halva, which is produced with a mixture of tahini, sugar, celandine and sesame, known as kuncu in the region, is preferred as a snack next to coffee or cold drinks after iftar.
