Künefe
Kunefe is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with shredded filo dough, or alternatively fine semolina dough, infused with sugar-based syrup and typically with the inclusion of cheese or other ingredients such as clotted cream, peanuts, or hazelnuts.
