When producing Kürtün Araköy Bread, only sourdough, which is stored by separating from the previous dough, is used as yeast, besides, no solid ingredients are used. It can be stored for 2 weeks as fresh, for 6 months in the deep freezer, and for 1 year as dried rusks.
