Kuymak

Kuymak is a food unique to the black see region. Corn flour, string cheese, water, salt and butter produced in the region are used in making kuymak.

It is prepared quickly and consumed with bread unique to the region, resulting in an indescribable taste. It can be prepared in special earthen pots as well as in copper pans.
