Kuyu Kebab
Kuyu kebab is among the local flavors of Kastamonu. The high preference of lamb, which is a small cattle animal, has also affected the food culture in Kastamonu. Kuyu kebab made with lamb meat, which has been rested the day before, is a delicacy with a grueling production phase. Rice pilaf made with the water of the well kebab is preferred when serving.
