Lebeniye Soup

Chickpeas soaked overnight are added and cooked and the foam formed on the boiling broth is removed. Meat and chickpeas are placed in rice close to cooking. Meanwhile, strained yogurt is mixed with an egg in circular motions with a spoon and warmed over a light fire. It is transferred to the rice soup in the pot.
