Lentil Noodle Soup
Soak the sorted lentils the night before. Then cook it with five to six glasses of water until it is half soft. Add the noodles and continue cooking until the noodles are soft. Adjust your salt. On the other hand, fry the finely chopped onion in the butter you bought in the pan until it turns pink. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes. After frying for a minute or two, add the mint. Add this mixture to the soup, stir and serve hot.
