Löl
It is one of the pastries of Bingol cuisine. It's hard to do. Contains flour, yeast, margarine, salt, oil, water, parsley, cottage cheese, onion, roasted and cheese. First, the dough is kneaded and rolled out in the form of phyllo dough. Intermediate materials are placed on the tray and cut into lozenges. It is a flavor preferred by the local people for special breakfasts.
