Madımak

Mamamak, a plant that grows in nature, is collected, sorted, washed and chopped. It is turned by putting oil, edible chopped onion, garlic and pastrami in the pot. It is cooked by adding dımaklar, bulgur for pilaf, water, salt and red pepper or pepper paste.
