Mahşe
At Mahse dinner; zucchini, oil, onion, peanut, tomato paste, minced meat, salt, black pepper, chili pepper, chickpea, parsley, dried mint and yoghurt. Mahşe, known as a full vitamin and mineral store with its content, is one of the local dishes of the region and is found in villages rather than restaurants. It is a dish made in almost every house of Gaziantep and it is a dish that you must taste when you go to Gaziantep. The content is quite rich and satisfying. It is also very healthy.
