Maraş Tarhana

Adjust the water as much as the soaked tarhana can handle. It is cooked on low heat by stirring. The cooked soup is scrambled with a wooden spoon, beaten and thickened. The soup can be consumed in this form as well as with the addition of fresh yogurt and broth.
