Meneviş Otu Yoğurtlaması
Common in the Mediterranean climate, fenugreek consists of the fresh shoots of the hackberry tree, also known as the gum tree. One of the cold flavors unique to Denizli, yoghurt with Meneviş herb is served by boiling tamarind and vine leaves in water and pouring yoghurt with garlic on it. Leek and dill are roasted in butter, added to the consistency and vine leaves, and cooked on low heat by adding bulgur. After cooling, garlic yogurt is poured over it. In order to make the yogurt both tastier and tastier, hot peppers roasted in butter and roasted dried peppers are added. A delicious and light meal, yoghurt with fenugreek is among the special flavors that must be tasted in Denizli.
