Materials used: 1 glass of milk or yogurt, 1 glass of water, 1 glass of butter, 3 eggs, 250 grams of roasted hazelnuts, 3 glasses of milk Preparation: Egg, a glass of milk or yogurt, water, baking soda and butter are mixed . A dough like baklava dough is made by adding flour on it. It is divided into 14 – 15 pieces and rested for 15 minutes. The thinly rolled phyllo dough is placed one by one on the greased tray. Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts between every three or four phyllo dough. In this way, the dough is opened and laid out on the tray until all the dough is finished. After the dough is rolled out, it is cut into the desired shape, a little butter is poured on it, and it is baked in a medium temperature oven until the dough turns pink. After the fried pastry comes out of the oven, the milk sherbet obtained is poured over the warm milk after the taste is adjusted by adding it to the cooked milk.
