1 kg nettle
2 tbsp cornflour
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt

How To Make Nettle Soup
Nettle Soup is prepared in 30 minutes. Firstly, nettles are cleaned and washed. Boil them for 10 minutes by adding plenty of water and some salt and drain. In a saucepan, sauté crushed garlic with oil. Add red chilli powder and the strained nettles and roast them well. Then add one cup of hot water and two tablespoons of corn flour and cook. After the cooking process is completed, it is crushed with the back of a wooden ladle or blender and served.
