Nevzine Dessert
Nevzine dessert is a dessert unique to the Kayseri region and made on special occasions. It is prepared to be served to the guests on days such as girl asking and holidays. Butter, oil, flour, vinegar, tahini and walnuts are added to Nevzine dessert and mixed well. Sherbet is also prepared. The dessert, which is pressed on the baking tray, is baked in the oven until golden brown. When it comes out of the oven, the cooled syrup is poured. Served with green pistachios sprinkled on top. You can encounter it as a delicacy that you can find in patisseries in Kayseri or made on women's days.
