Oğmaç Soup
Also called uvmaç soup in some regions, ogmaç soup is the most preferred among local soups in Kastamonu. Being a very delicious and nutritious soup, ogmaç soup can be prepared with different recipes using many products. This brings out the very different flavors of the soup. Chicken broth and chicken meat can also be used in its production.
