Olive
Artvin Butko olive, which is the first Turkish olive that grows naturally in Artvin and has received the award for superior taste in olive oil in the world, has been developed by the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs in order to grow it in forest areas suitable for olive cultivation, within the scope of "Income Generating Fruit Afforestation Projects". It was multiplied in the greenhouses prepared by the Directorate of Forestry and planted in the fields belonging to the Forestry Enterprises.
