Orcik
Orcik, which is made in the villages of Tunceli and consumed
as a snack during the winter months, is now a known and loved product all over
Turkey. The orcik, whose construction started during the vintage period, is
going through strenuous and patience-requiring stages.
Orcik is made by threading almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and
sometimes raisins, and soaking them in dark grape or mulberry juice and drying.
