Ordu Plateau Beet Pickle
In the beautiful Ordu of the Black Sea, the land of the highlands, Highland Beet Pickle is a pickle made from the little white classics since the very old critic. Cabbage "raki", locally called "beet". Due to the ones grown up to 2000mt., the cabbages grown in Ordu have a hard structure and are brittle because they are woven in cold climates.
