OSES Gourmet

In 1993, Osman Yaşar founded OSES and opened his first branch in 2003. He produced his first raw meatball machine in 2005 and opened his first factory in 2012. In 2013, he continued to grow by expanding abroad with two factories in Germany and then in China. In 2014, it received the Taste Quality Award in Germany and in the same year it entered the Guiness Book of Records with its 231-meter wrap. In 2017, it ranked first in the “Top 100 Franchise Companies” published by the Economist Magazine.

In 1987, Osman Yaşar immigrated to Istanbul from Adıyaman and is an entrepreneurial spirit who has achieved individual success by tracing his collective memory. In his career journey, which started in a tiny mobile stall, he has added a contemporary interpretation to the local food of the land where he was born, raw meatballs. Osman Yaşar has crowned the legacy of his ancestors, who pounded wheat with stones and made katyk, with 1500 shops and 7 factories, and in this way he has created his own personal myth. His own life story has become the contemporary myth of a province like Adıyaman with a rich cultural pattern.
