Osmaneli Quince Delight
Osmaneli's Quince Delight is made with quince, the most important product of Bilecik's Osmaneli district. Turkish delight consists only of quince, starch, sugar and water: the traditional dessert is a favorite of this particular region and does not contain artificial flavors or food colorings.
