Peppered Bread
Pepper Bread is one of the most popular local products of Hatay. It tastes delicious. Once you meet the famous pepperoni bread, you become addicted. People of Hatay consume pepper bread for breakfast or evening tea. Preparation: Finely chop the onion. Mix together the cottage cheese, pepper paste, sesame seeds, black cumin and rubbed zahter, by adding olive oil. Grease the mini baking tray generously. Spread the dough you have taken from the oven or prepared yourself on the tray. Since the dough will shrink during spreading, it will be easier to spread with the material. After spreading all the ingredients on the dough, put it in the oven at medium temperature.
