Perde Pilaf
Perde Pilaf, which is offered to special guests in the culture of Siirt, looks like a pastry from the outside. Fried thyme or chicken meat, broth, almonds, pine nuts, rice and various spices are used in pilaf, which has a much more abundant filling than pastry. After the interior is prepared, Curtain Pilaf, which is placed in the pan with a dough plastered in the form of phyllo and covered with dough again, is served by slicing on plates like a pastry after cooking.
