Perdepilav

Curtain pilaf is cooked in fez-shaped copper pots and is Siirt's most famous guest dish. The dough, which is prepared by kneading with egg, milk and oil, is rolled into a special pot in the form of phyllo. Shapes are given with almond kernels on this dough.
