Pescutan Soup

Yarma and lentils soaked overnight are cooked in the morning. A few pieces of minced meat are placed in it. Peskütan is mixed with cold water and brought to the consistency of buttermilk. (Peskütan is prepared by cooking yoghurt.) Peskütan, which is specially prepared with cold water, is added, water and salt are added to its decision and cooked.
