Peskütan Soup

  1. Half a kilo of peskutan
  2. 1 tablespoon flour
  3. 1 egg yolk
  4. 1.5 liters of water
  5. 1 water glass of yarma
  6. 1 cup green lentils
  7. First, boil the yarma and lentils.
  8. Put the flour and egg yolks in a pot and whisk them with a little water.
  9. Then add the peskutan and water, whisk well and put the pot on the stove.
  10. Continue cooking, stirring constantly. When the soup starts to heat up, add the yarma and lentils.
  11. When the soup starts to boil, turn off the heat. And that's it.
