Peskütan Soup
- Half a kilo of peskutan
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 water glass of yarma
- 1 cup green lentils
- First, boil the yarma and lentils.
- Put the flour and egg yolks in a pot and whisk them with a little water.
- Then add the peskutan and water, whisk well and put the pot on the stove.
- Continue cooking, stirring constantly. When the soup starts to heat up, add the yarma and lentils.
- When the soup starts to boil, turn off the heat. And that's it.
