Pestil
Pestil is a dessert loved by everyone in Tunceli, as in many
other provinces of Turkey. It can be said that the pulp made with Tunceli's own
grapes or mulberries has a unique taste.
Pestil is obtained after the fruit pulps are laid on a cloth
and dried. It is consumed by preserving for the winter months.
