Pirohu

The flour, salt and egg oil are mixed. After getting the consistency, it is kneaded well and the dough is covered with cling film and rested for half an hour. For the filling, curd cheese is crushed with a fork and dried mint is added. For the top, the halloumi cheese is grated and mixed with dry mint. Water and a little salt are added to the pot to bring it to a boil. The dough is rolled out thinly. It is folded in half and the inner mortar is placed at intervals. Then, the other half of the dough is covered on top and the places with mortar are separated with the help of a cup. The air inside is taken and pressed to the edges. It is then thrown into boiling water, boiled for 10 minutes and served.
