How to Make Pishi

When the dough is fermented, fill a deep and large pan half full of oil, heat this oil over high heat, cut the dough into desired small slices, roll out the phyllo dough with a rolling pin, pierce the phyllo dough in the middle to cook it well. Fry in hot oil. Ready to serve.
