Piyaziye
Piyaziye is stuffed onion in Ottoman cuisine. 15-16. It has been made since the 19th century. It takes place in Edirne traditional cuisine. Onion means "piyāz" ( پیاز ) in Persian. Piyaz is also a kind of appetizer name. Piaziye is prepared as an oven dish.
