Poppy Flakes

The dough is kneaded with flour, water and salt. It is separated into pieces and rested. It is kneaded by adding 1 handful of poppy into each cloth. The dough, rolled out slightly thicker than phyllo dough, is placed on the sheet to be baked. Poppy is sprinkled on it, it is taken when it is cooked in a crispy way. When it cools down, it is cut into pieces and eaten.
