Pot Kebab

Necessary Ingredients for Pot Meat:

1 Kilo Leg of Lamb

1 medium onion

3 dry peppers

50 g butter

2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

1 pinch of black pepper

Preparation:

Cut the meat into walnut-sized pieces. Then wash and strain it. Let's put the pot on a light fire and put the butter into the heated pot. After the butter melts, add the meat and roast it by stirring with a wooden spoon. When our meat absorbs the water, add the tomato paste. After roasting the tomato paste and meat, add 2 cups of hot water, quarter the onion and throw it in. Add the garlic. Then add the peppers and black pepper powder. After boiling, put it on low heat. Add some salt. Cover the pot with a dough made of flour and water. Let's prepare it for serving after cooking for 3 hours on low heat.
