Pumpkin Borani
The zucchini is peeled and cut into cubes. Chickpeas soaked the night before are boiled. Chicken meat is boiled. The zucchini is cooked until soft with the addition of chopped onions and garlic and some oil and water. With the addition of meat, chickpeas, salted yoghurt and water as required, cooking is continued with the lid of the pot open. Sprinkle mint on it before taking it off the fire. It goes very well with raw meatballs, spring onions and cress.
