Rabbit Çullama

The cleaned rabbit is cooked in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. After cleaning the bones, the meat is cut into small pieces. Black pepper is roasted in melted butter, flour is mixed with enough water, salt and carbonate are added, and a dough is obtained. Shredded rabbit meat is mixed into the prepared dough, thrown into the hot oil with a spoon, fried in turns, and when it turns pink, it is put on paper to drain the oil. It is served hot. Yogurt or tzatziki is recommended on the side.
