Sac Oruğu

The meat is ground in a meat grinder. The bulgur is soaked and ground twice in a meat grinder with pepper and onion. Add a teaspoon of cumin, baking soda, 2 tablespoons of flour and ground meat and knead well. Prepared meatballs are cut into orange-sized pieces. Each one is opened separately on a nylon sheet as thin as a plate. A little of the prepared stuffing is taken and spread on the opened meatballs. The other piece is lifted with a nylon cover and covered on top of the other and fried in a greased pan or sheet metal by pressing the edges.
