Sakala Çarpan Soup

Lentils are washed, boiled and drained. Onion, finely chopped in a separate place, is roasted with two tablespoons of oil over low heat, stirring occasionally. Flour is added and turned a couple more times. Add lentils, salt and broth. When it boils, homemade pasta is added. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. Two tablespoons of oil are melted in a pan, mint is added and poured over the soup.
