Şambali Dessert

Yoghurt and sugar are taken in a large bowl and mixed well. The remaining ingredients are added to it, then a medium-sized glass tray is oiled and poured onto it. To fix it, hands are wetted and the top is smoothed thoroughly. With the help of a spoon or knife, it is determined by drawing the places to be cut so that they do not touch the bottom of the tray. Peanuts are placed on it and placed in a preheated oven at 175 degrees and baked for 30 minutes until golden brown. Sugar and water are taken in the pot and mixed until it boils so that the sugar dissolves. When it starts to boil, it is boiled for 12-15 minutes. Hot sherbet is poured over the hot dessert coming out of the oven. Dessert, which is taken and rested for 4-5 hours, is decorated as desired and served.
