For the dough
2 cups of warm water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of yogurt
1 teaspoon salt

300 g minced beef
3 dry onions
2 tablespoons of butter

Let's prepare the filling first.
Put the minced meat in a pot and fry until it turns color.
When the pinkness is gone, add butter and finely chopped onion and cook, add half a tea glass of water while turning off the heat.
Knead a nice dough by combining all the ingredients for the dough.
There is no need to rest it for too long, twenty minutes will be enough.
Divide the dough into small pieces smaller than tangerine.
Roll out long and thin with a rolling pin.
Put the minced meat inside and close it completely with your hand so that there is no open space.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
It cooks quickly because it is a thin dough.
Spread butter on it as soon as it comes out.
