Saray Helvası
One of the ways to keep busy in Bolu is palace halva. There is nothing like eating this pistachio halva, which will be used everywhere but will not be as delicious as in Bolu. Consumed in many regions of Turkey, this dessert is among the local flavors of Bolu. Prepared with flour, margarine and sugar, halva is served by cutting into slices of baklava.
