Sarıyer Patty
Sarıyer or Karaköy patty can be made with minced meat, cheese, potatoes or spinach. Currants and pine nuts can be added. Plain pastry of this type is called Kurdish Borek and its cut is different. The patty is sold by calculating the kilogram.
