Şemşerok, which surprises many people when they hear its name, is one of the delicious local dishes that combines pastry and meat. Although it is not very attractive in appearance, it is among the local foods that people consume over and over again in terms of taste. Local spices are also used a lot while cooking Şemşerok dish.
