When the women in the villages come together and make phyllo bread, they do not have time to cook, so squeezed dishes take their place. It is a special Adana delicacy that is cooked in a hand-baked flatbread, served with ayran or tea, wrapped in cheese, optionally onion and parsley, a little ground pepper and served as a wrap.
